There are so many quotes about the need for planning, and there is a very good reason for that. It takes a mammoth effort to put a website together, for example, but without a proper marketing strategy you might as well not bother.

Many build sites and run marketing campaigns without spending time on the strategy at the beginning of the process, and become frustrated and disillusioned at the lack of results.

Strategy and planning does not have to be a difficult process. It is quite similar to piecing together a puzzle. It considers many aspects and different angles, always keeping in mind your business goals. It also benefits greatly from an outside perspective - and that is where we come in.
